All flooring materials were recently replaced with modern flooring materials, all walls have been freshly painted, and all fixtures in the bath are new. The complex has a common laundry area about 20-25 steps from this unit with two washers and two dryers (no W/D in the unit itself).
We remodeled this condo for ourselves as a getaway home ... stayed in it a few times when we lived out of state, then fell in love with Palm Springs so much we moved to town.
